The monthly rent is variable depending on the suite size, market rate, and the length of lease.  We currently use direct deposit and Zelle for monthly payment options.

We do!  Tenants are only responsible for obtaining rental insurance per lease agreement.

Tenants are responsible for cleaning up after themselves, however, we do maintain parking lots and landscape areas.

The Tenant is responsible for the entire interior of the suite and any other specifics noted in the lease agreement.

The Landlord is responsible for water and trash services.  The Tenant is responsible for electric, internet, phone, and any other services.  Cox Communications is our internet provider.
